Expert to Expert Epilepsy

International Expert to Expert: Epilepsy’

2-days of lectures and interactive discussion

with other international paediatric neurologists

GENERAL INFORMATION

This bi-annual International Expert to Expert: Epilepsy course has been designed primarily for paediatric neurologists and others who are seeing children with epilepsy at a tertiary level.  This meeting provides an excellent opportunity to listen to international expert lectures and discuss the topics and approaches with your peers in small workshops. This course is for all paediatric neurologists, both those for whom epilepsy is not necessarily their area of sub-speciality expertise and for epilepsy specialists.

The programme includes a series of updates, controversies and workshops covering the themes of: epilepsy semiology, co-morbidities of epilepsy and progressive epilepsies and lectures from an invited eminent international faculty.

There will also be a formal debate and small workshops, and back by popular demand, a session devoted to ‘Hot Topics’ (chosen in advance of the course).  The emphasis of the meeting will be on discussion and participation of delegates.
