Registration fees include: participation in scientific sessions, congress bag, program and abstract book, all printed material of the congress, invitation to the Welcome Reception, coffee breaks and lunch throughout the event.

Payment
Payment of registration fees can be made by credit card at registration. 

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

• If you cancel your place before 28 July 2009 we will refund 100% of your fees paid, less a £25.00 administration charge.
• If you cancel your place after 28 July 2009 we will refund 50% of fees paid.
• If you cancel any time after 28 August 2009 we will refund 0% of fees paid.

Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, and/or loss of and/or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the EPNS COngress 2009. Participants should arrange their own health and travel insurance for their trip.
