Instructions for Presenters:
ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Please prepare your presentation using Microsoft Powerpoint. Oral presentations will have 15 minutes each: 10 minutes for the presentation with a further 5 minutes for discussion. Chairing will be extremely strict. Please preload your presentation in the Speaker Room, located by Hall Q (the catering/ poster / exhibition area) - it is very well sign posted. There will be a technician to help you. Please ensure your presentation is preloaded at least 3 hours before you are giving your talk. If your talk is early in the morning please ensure you have preloaded it the day before.
VIDEO PRESENTATIONS
Please prepare a 5 minute presentation using Powerpoint to include one slide together with your video. Please also prepare a poster (see below). Please preload your presentation in the Speaker Room, located by Hall Q (the catering/poster/exhibition are) - it is very well sign posted. There will be a technician to help you. Please ensure your presentation is preloaded by 9.45am on 1 October.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Please put your poster up in Hall Q during registration on Wednesday 30 September. There will be a member of EPNS staff there to help. Posters will remain displayed in Hall Q for the duration of the meeting. Additionally there is a session timetabled on 1 October from noon-2pm for delegates to discuss posters with their presenters. Please make yourself available by your poster at this time.
Each poster will be allocated a board that is 1m wide and 2m high. This will comfortable accommodate a poster prepared to A0 size (841mm x 1189mm). We will provide sticky Velcro pads to put your poster on the board.
