Cancellation Policy

We understand that occasionally people need to cancel their attendance at short notice. The BPNA is a registered Charity and a 'not for profit' organisation. We will endeavour to refund fees wherever possible. However, this is not always possible at short notice and the following terms will apply:

Up to one month before the Conference

We will refund the cost of your conference fees paid, less a GBP 25 administration fee. Please note that this does NOT include the cost of your accommodation as this was booked directly with Hotel Res (please see below regarding hotel/college accommodation cancellation).

Less than one month before the Conference

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your conference fees unless we fill your place at the conference. This also applies to the cost of tickets to the Welcome Reception or the Conference Dinner.

Accommodation

Please refer to your individual confirmation email that you received from Hotel Res at the time of booking for the hotel/college as this will contain the cancellation policy.
