We understand that occasionally people need to cancel their attendance at short notice. The BPNA is a registered Charity and a not for profit organisation.  We will endeavour to refund fees whenever possible.  However, this is not always possible at short notice and the following terms will apply:

 

We will refund the cost of your conference fees paid, less a GBP25 administration fee.  Please note that this does NOT include the cost of your accommodation as this was booked directly with Hotel Res (please see below regarding hotel/college accommodation cancellation).

 

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your conference fees unless we fill your place at the conference.  This also applies to the cost of tickets to the Welcome Reception at the Museum of Archaeology & Anthropology or the Conference Dinner at King's College.

 

Please refer to your individual confirmation email that you received from Hotel Res at the time of booking for the hotel/college as this will contain their cancellation policy.
