HOW TO BOOK
Please book online. Log in using the username and password you used to submit your abstract, book other BPNA courses and to access the membership area. If you have any problems, please ring Sara Rowan on 01204 695958. Please don't reregister if you know you exist in the system but can't remember your details!

WHEN TO BOOK
Please book before Christmas. If you are not already a member but wish to join, you need to apply for membership before 30 November 2014 to benefit from reduced conference fees for members.
Presenters, you will hear whether your abstract has been selected by the end of October. As soon as you hear, you should book your place at the conference. All presenters are required to register for the conference.
FEES
Full conference registration includes:
- Registration for the all sessions 21-23 January 2015
- Lunch and refreshments on all three days
- One ticket to the Wednesday evening reception at the Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art
- One ticket for dinner on Thursday at the Hilton Gateshead
