JEC BEST Award Team category goes to the BPNA PET Team!

"The Joint Epilepsy Council (JEC) BEST (Best Epilepsy Standards Today) Award 2007 - Team category was won by the Paediatric Epilepsy Training Team of the British Paediatric Neurology Association who have produced innovative and enjoyable Paediatric Epilepsy Training for the significant number of clinicians seeing children with epilepsy. Small group teaching with a substanial degree of interaction between trainer and participant ensures that on-one leaves the course without a greater knowledge and expectation in paediatric epilepsy from which benefits to children with epilepsy will surely follow." - Joint Epilepsy Council website

The PET team received the award at a ceremony in the House of Lords on 27 November 2007. Unfortunately Anita Devlin, Mary O'Regan, Ailsa McLellan and Martin Kirkpatrick weren't able to be there.
