• If you cancel your place before 24 December 2010 we will refund 100% of your conference fees and hotel costs, less a £25.00 administration charge.
• If you cancel your place after 24 December 2010 we will refund 75% of your conference fees and 100% of your hotel costs.
• There is no refund if you cancel your place and accommodation after 12 January 2011.
