27-29 January 2010

Hosted by Wales
at the Royal College of Physicians, Queen Street, Edinburgh

Dear Colleague

We are delighted to welcome you to the 36th Annual Meeting of the British Paediatric Neurology Association.  The meeting has been organised by the paediatric neurologists in Wales but will be held in Edinburgh in January 2010.  We hope the translocation works.  As the saying goes: “You can take the girl out of Wales but you can’t take Wales out of the girl”.

The format of the meeting will be similar to previous years with posters, oral presentations, invited speakers and personal practice sessions.   A ‘Genetics for Beginners’ course has been organised for Thursday afternoon and the MacKeith lecture will be given by Professor Anne Berg of Chicago.

The meeting will be held at the Royal College of Physicians in the heart of Edinburgh with many hotels and some of the Celtic delights of Edinburgh within walking distance.  The gala dinner will be held at Murrayfield with an opportunity to get near the ‘hallowed turf’ or  practice your Tom Jones impersonations.

We look forward to seeing you in January.
