• If you cancel your place before 28 December 2008 we will refund 100% of your conference fees and hotel costs, less a £25.00 administration charge.
• If you cancel your place after 28 December 2008 we will refund 50% of your conference fees and 100% of your hotel costs.
• There is no refund if you cancel your place and accommodation after 14 January 2009.
