The closing date for submission of abstracts has passed. Abstracts have now been selected and everyone who submitted an abstract has been notified by post.
POSTER PRIZE
This year we will be awarding a prize for the top poster, as judged by conference delegates. The lead author on each poster will receive a certificate and free registration for the BPNA 2010 conference.
GUIDELINES FOR PRESENTERS
Oral Presentations
Please prepare your presentation using Microsoft Powerpoint. Oral presentations will have 15 minutes each: 10 minutes for the presentation, with a further 5 minutes for discussion. Chairing will be strict.
Video Presentations
Please prepare your presentation using Microsoft Powerpoint. Video presentations will have 11 minutes each: 7 minutes for the presentation, with a further 4 minutes for discussion. Chairing will be strict.
Oral Poster
Eighteen posters have been selected for a short platform presentation. Oral poster presentations will be 5 minutes per poster: 2 minutes for the presentation (please prepare 1 or 2 slides using Microsoft Powerpoint), followed by 3 minutes for discussion.
Poster Presentations
All posters will be displayed for the duration of the meeting. Additionally, there is a session timetabled on Wednesday 28 January 2009 in the afternoon for delegates to read posters and discuss them with their presenters. Please make yourself available by your poster on Wednesday afternoon and at coffee breaks throughout the conference.
Each poster will be allocated a board that is 1m wide x 2m high. This will comfortably accommodate a poster prepared to A0 size (841mm x 1,189mm). We will provide sticky Velcro pads to adhere your poster to the board.
