Fee includes all sessions, lunch and refreshments on all three days, one ticket to dinner on Wednesday 28 January and one ticket to the 'A burst of spice - a night of Bollywood Dreams!' evening on Thursday 29 January 2009. Accommodation is not included.

UK Trainees and Nurses (50 places available) £260.00
The reduced rate places have all been allocated.

Day Delegate Rate £148.00
Fee includes all sessions, refreshments and lunch on the day.

Payment

Payment can be made by cheque or credit/debit card. We can invoice your Trust if you book before 31 October 2008 and provide the appropriate information on your booking form.
