GUIDELINES FOR PRESENTERS
Oral Presentations
Please prepare you presentation using Microsoft Powerpoint. Oral presentations will have 15 minutes each: 10 minutes for the presentation, with a further 5 minutes for discussion. Chairing will be strict.
Video Presentations
The purpose of the video session is to illustrate clinical points that cannot be adequately demonstrated by poster or slide. The organising committee is keen to include as many videos as possible in the time available and have therefore decided that the session will run as follows:
- Each video to last up to 3 minutes
- Each speaker may have one powerpoint slide to illustrate the points they wish to make
- The speaker will have finished their presentation by 5 minutes, allowing up to 2 minutes for questions
You may have a poster slot as well. Please contact the Secretariat.
Poster Presentations
All posters will be displayed for the duration of the meeting. Additionally, there are two sessions timetabled in the programme for delegates to look at posters and discuss them with the presenter:
Wednesday 17 January 2007 (14.45 - 15.45)
Friday 19 January 2007 (10.00 - 11.00)
During coffee breaks throughout the conference
Please prepare your poster to maximum dimensions of 1000mm x 2000mm (portrait).
