INFORMATION FOR PRESENTERS:
Oral Presentation
Please prepare your presentation using Microsoft Powerpoint. Oral presentations will have 15 minutes each: 10 minutes for the presentation, with a further 5 minutes for discussion. Chairing will be extremely strict.
Video Presentation
Video presentations will have 10 minutes each: 7 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for discussion.
Poster
All posters will be displayed for the duration of the meeting. Additionally, there is one and a half hours timetabled in the programme for
delegates to look at posters and discuss them with their presenters. Please make yourself available by your poster during this time: Thursday, 19 January
11am-12.30pm and also during coffee breaks throughout the conference.
Please prepare your poster to maximum dimensions of 1000mm x 2000mm (portrait).
