Booking Information
Fees
Full Conference Attendance £400.00
(£440 for bookings received after 20 September 2003)
Fee includes all sessions, lunches, refreshments, Friday evening reception, Saturday Gala Dinner
and accommodation from noon Friday 23 January until after lunch on Sunday, 25 January 2003.
Trainees
We are offering £100 off the full conference fee for the first 50 trainees who register before 20 September 2003.
This does not apply to day attenders.
Day Delegate Rate
£80.00
(£88 for bookings received after 20 September 2003). Fee includes all sessions, refreshments and lunch on the day.
Late Bookings
There will be a 10% surcharge for bookings made after 20 September 2003. The deadline for receipt of bookings
has been extended. Please send your booking form, together with payment by cheque as soon as possible to:

Payment
Payment can be made by three methods:
- Cheque payable to 'BPNA-Conference'.
- Bank transfer (BACS) - please request the necessary information.
- Provide the necessary information for us to invoice your Trust direct (if you book before 21 November 2003).
